Our courses are designed to help you learn programming skills through practice. Here are the practical projects you'll complete with the help of a mentor as part of this course:
We'll start off with Python, which will allow us to create the unseen building blocks that will create and distribute our web pages. We'll go through the essentials features, data structures and coding components of the Python language, as well as some high level concepts - Bioinformatics and Machine Learning - which are used by a variety of the largest technology companies globally, from Amazon's eCommerce to DARPA's robotics to Google's self driving car programs.

Full Stack Developers are incredibly valuable to any company that needs a web presence - and that's nearly every company out there today. This MicroDegree will enable you to kick-start a career as a full stack developer, with the ability to build complex websites and services from the ground up.
What does “full-stack development” imply? A full stack developer is familiar with the “entire stack” and has a mastery in most, but an interest in all, software technology. The stack is comprised of everything you would encounter in a typical application environment, ranging from server environments, data modelling and the logic of the application, to the user interface and experience.
